Federation of Alberta Gas Co-ops Ltd. will hereafter be referred to as "the Federation".

1. The Federation agrees to supply on request a standard display booth in accordance with the general information in the Trade Fair Brochure.

2. All additional electrical requirements will be at the Exhibitors expense.

3. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopted by the Federation in the best interests of the show and agrees that the Federation shall have the final decision in adopting any rule or regulation deemed necessary prior to, during, or after the Trade Fair.

4. The Exhibitor will hold the Federation harmless from any damage, expense or liability arising from any injury or damage to said Exhibitor, his agents or employees, or to the property of the said Exhibitor occurring in the Trade Fair building, except by negligence of the Federation.

5. The Federation reserves the right to assign booth numbers to each Exhibitor, and to relocate Exhibits or Exhibitors, when in the Federation's opinion, such moves are necessary to maintain the character and/or good of the show.

6. The Exhibitor is responsible for placement and cost of insurance related to his/her participation in the Trade Fair.

7. The Exhibitor agrees that no display may be dismantled or goods removed during the duration of the Trade Fair, but must remain intact until the closing hour of the show. The booth must be manned at all times during viewing hours. The Exhibitor also agrees to remove his Exhibit, equipment, and apparatuses from the building by the final move-out time limit, or in event of failure to do so, the Exhibitor agrees to pay for such additional costs as may be incurred.

8. An Exhibitor is liable for any damage caused to building floors, walls, or columns, or to standard booth equipment, or to other exhibitors property. Exhibitors may not apply paint, glue, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating to building floors, walls or columns, or to standard booth equipment without express permission from the Federation, GES Canada Exposition Services, or Hotel Management.

9. Trade Fair booth fees must be paid in full by November 5, 2022.
